Mais elle ac&shy;corde \u00e9galement une attention parti&shy;cu&shy;li\u00e8re aux possi&shy;bi&shy;lit\u00e9s de d\u00e9ve&shy;lop&shy;pe&shy;ment per&shy;sonnel pour tous ses colla&shy;bo&shy;ra&shy;teurs et colla&shy;bo&shy;ra&shy;trices, et met \u00e0 leur dispo&shy;si&shy;tion une offre de forma&shy;tion continue tr\u00e8s
